Connecticut Office of Early Childhood:

While working for Skylight Digital and during COVID-19, helped a senior product team return to iterative and cross-functional product development cadences in order to prioritize and launch the final pieces of OEC’s website and mobilize the removal of the legacy site. The website served as OEC’s primary communication tool with child care providers, parents and advocates, with over 60% of the site visitors (200,000 sessions) visiting COVID-19 pages from April – August, 2020.

As a Product Management Apprentice, mapped product metrics to the full user journey, implemented Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio, and assisted with generating reports for community program managers who offer government benefits and services to eligible New York City citizens.

Cambridge Innovation Center:

Proposed, designed, and launched in six months, merging five site-specific websites into one and revamping CIC’s digital brand presence. Reduced website costs by 90% and increased use sessions by 60% in the first six months.
