As a product manager at Skylight and during COVID-19, led a team of senior content strategists, designers and engineers to re-prioritize and launch the final pieces of OEC’s website. The website serves as OEC’s primary communication tool with child care providers, parents and advocates.

As a product management apprentice, mapped product metrics to the full user journey, implemented Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio, and assisted with generating reports for community program managers who offer government benefits and services to low-income New York City citizens.

As marketing lead at CIC, proposed, designed, and launched cic.com in six months, merging five site-specific websites into one and revamping CIC’s digital brand presence. Reduced website costs by 90% and increased use sessions by 60% in the first six months.
